Usama Saim Residence – Rooftop Garden Design
eash Interiors was commissioned to design a rooftop garden for Mr. Usama Saim’s residence in Eiffel Town, Mandi Bahauddin. This theme-based outdoor space was envisioned as an urban sanctuary — combining minimal design with natural elements to create a setting rooted in tranquility and warmth. Through balanced design, visual rhythm, and functional unity, the rooftop offers a seamless blend of nature and contemporary living, encouraging quality time with loved ones in a calming, open-air atmosphere.
PROJECT FEATURES
At eash Interiors, we believe a rooftop should be more than just a view — it should offer meaningful moments. This design captures a theme-based connection with nature, integrating thoughtful zones for relaxation and family enjoyment.
- The space is smartly divided into a sunroom, BBQ area, and open seating, each harmonized in layout to maintain rhythm and visual unity across the rooftop.
- The use of artificial green grass brings softness underfoot while tying the space to natural aesthetics — enhancing both comfort and theme continuity.
- A palette of soft hues and clean forms allows natural light to dominate, keeping the rooftop inviting, serene, and functionally modern for all seasons.
OUR OBJECTIVE
At eash Interiors, our goal was to create a theme-based rooftop garden that encourages connection — with both nature and family. Through balanced design strategies, open zoning, and a natural rhythm of space and light, we shaped a setting where relaxation and modern living coexist in harmony. This project is a true reflection of how minimal design can elevate everyday life into something memorable.
